Qualifications

  • Strong track record recruiting for sophisticated professional, commercial, technical, or financial-services roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.

  • Experience partnering directly with senior executives and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

  • Strong understanding of the New York and broader U.S. talent markets, including compensation and competitive hiring dynamics.

  • Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly and recruiting needs may shift.

  • Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting analytics, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and related recruiting technology strongly preferred.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple searches simultaneously.

  • Strong communication, judgment, and candidate-closing skills.
